This winter the RYA Race Coach Development team are hosting a series of online development workshops. The workshops are designed for RYA instructors, race coaches and trainers.
The format for each workshop will provide participants the opportunity to develop their knowledge and discuss topics that support their coaching. The topics are equally relevant to teaching sailing, windsurfing, and coaching racing. Each workshop will use breakout rooms to facilitate small group discussions, encouraging participants to share past experiences and put questions to the hosts.
This series is free to all RYA members as a membership benefit. You will need to provide your membership number at the point of booking.
