This evening Forum will be a combination of delivery and workshop style activity. There will also be a chance to network with other local clubs and chat to regional representatives from the RYA. everyone is welcome. This session is ideal if you have a passion about your club's development and satisfaction of its members.

I confirm that I have given the medical information listed above for the purposes of my participation in the Course. I understand this information will only be used for that purpose that it may be shared with third parties running the event and will be retained for as long as necessary to comply with the organiser/RYA’s legal obligations. RISK STATEMENT It must be recognised that sailing/windsurfing/powerboating is by its nature an unpredictable sport and therefore inherently involves an element of risk. By taking part in the course, you agree and acknowledge that: (i) You are aware of the inherent element of risk involved in the sport and you accept responsibility exposing yourself to such inherent risk whilst taking part in the course; (ii) You will comply at all times with the instruction of the course/session co-ordinator and particularly with regard to handling of boats, wearing of buoyancy aids, wearing of suitable clothing for the conditions and actions related to creating a Covid secure environment; (iii) You accept responsibility for any injury, damage or loss to the extent caused by your own negligence; (iv) You will not participate in the course whilst your ability to skipper or crew a dinghy, windsurfer or powerboat is impaired by alcohol, drugs or whilst otherwise unfit to participate; Due to the nature of the sport, it may not always be possible to maintain 2 meter social distancing, in this instance appropriate controls must be used; If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or are required to self-isolate you will not attend the course. (v) The provision of safety boat cover is limited to such assistance, as can be practically provided in the circumstances; (vi) You are aware of any specific risks drawn to your attention by the Course Co-ordinator. MISCONDUCT You understand that the Course co-ordinator may exclude anyone from a particular session and evict anyone from the premises who refuses to comply with these Registration Terms or who misconducts themselves in any way or who causes damage or annoyance to other persons. DATA PROTECTION The information given by you on this form will be used by us to process your registration and for attending to you whilst you are at the course. PHOTOGRAPHY We may take photographs and video footage of the course for use by us in connection with the promotion of us and our activities. If you object to the use of these images, please e-mail ailsa.muskett@rya.org.uk. CANCELLATION Every attempt will be made to ensure the event runs. However, the RYA reserves the right to cancel or re arrange the event at any time where it believes there are reasonable grounds to do so. If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the event, the RYA will refund booking fees paid, less any reasonable sum in respect of irrecoverable costs incurred by the RYA. If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of the start of the event no refund will be paid. If the RYA cancels the event, the RYA will refund booking fees paid. The RYA may reschedule or rearrange the event as an alternative to cancelling. In such cases your booking shall be transferred to the rearranged event, if this date and time is not convenient the RYA will refund booking fees paid. If you need to cancel, please email the RYA Regional Development Officer. CONSENT By submitting an application for this course you are confirming that you have read and accept these booking conditions.
